Location: Hatzfeld Care Ltd, Hollinwell, NG17 7BT Salary: £13.70 per hour

- Applicants must have UK work rights and be willing to work nights. If you prefer day shifts, apply for our day-care roles instead.

As a key member of our supportive care team, you will:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and emotional support to residents living with dementia and nursing care needs.
- Support residents in maintaining their independence, respecting their choices, preferences, and dignity.
- Assist with personal care, daily activities, and meaningful social interactions.
- Foster existing life skills, boost confidence, and promote wellbeing.
- Act as a Key Worker for designated residents, planning, coordinating, and reviewing personalised care plans.
- Build positive relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
- Accurately maintain care records and update digital care systems.
- Safely administer or assist with medication following company policies.
- Participate in resident meetings to encourage choice and inclusion.
- Attend supervision, team meetings, and training to enhance professional development.
- Work flexibly, meeting the needs of the home while collaborating with the team.
- Align with Hatzfeld Care Ltd’s values, policies, and commitment to outstanding care.

Requirements
We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about exceptional care. Successful applicants will show:

- A compassionate, positive attitude with a genuine passion for residents’ wellbeing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while demonstrating initiative.
- A patient, person-centred, and non-judgmental approach to care.
- While experience supporting those with mental health conditions or dementia is valuable, we provide full training and ongoing support to the right candidate.
