Senior Support Worker - Newcastle
Liquid Personnel is looking for an open-minded, energetic, and someone who is able to stay calm under pressure while keeping your sense of humour?
Our clients are currently working with a range of charities and private organisations to find individuals such as yourself to work within Children's Residential, Domiciliary, Neuro and a range of other specialism as a Support or Senior Support Worker.
If this sounds like you, Liquid Personnel would love for you to join its client as a Senior Support Worker in Newcastle and the surrounding areas playing a key role in delivering high-quality care and support.
Our clients range from working with older people to children, to helping vulnerable individuals on a recovery journey or supporting those with complex and challenging behaviours the work is always highly rewarding!

Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way
- Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
- Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
- Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Diploma or NVQ Level 1/2/3 desirable and essential for some roles
- Care Driver
- Significant experience supporting people with complex needs
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Role is not open to sponsorship.
