Full-Time Support Worker
Salary: £12.80-£13.50 per hour (based on a 35-hour week, including weekend work).

We are looking for Support Workers to join our dedicated and experienced team. In this rewarding role, you will support adults with additional needs by working in their home and to access the community, with all aspects of their daily lives, e.g., shopping, personal care, social activities.
You will help individuals develop and maintain relationships while promoting choice, independence, and control in their daily lives.

Previous experience working with people with Autism, complex needs, and relevant qualifications are essential.
We are committed to providing a comprehensive induction programme for all new staff. This includes training and shadowing experienced colleagues to help you become familiar with the people you support and the way we work.
