About the Role

As a Support Worker at National Care Group, you will work with young adults who have complex needs. We are looking for passionate, compassionate individuals who can help our young adults fulfil their potential. This is a challenging role but with a huge sense of reward.

• Build positive, trusting relationships by actively listening, discussing, and collaboratively setting goals and ambitions.
• Assist with daily tasks, including cooking, cleaning, running errands, and personal care such as eating and administering medication.
• Plan and participate in exciting outings to support enjoyment and independence.
• Help achieve greater independence, making a positive impact on someone’s life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including assistance with eating, hygiene, and medication.
• Participate in meaningful daily activities to support routine building and personal development.
• Help develop and facilitate social outings to improve well-being and choice.
• Contribute to planning and implementing personalised support plans to meet individual needs.
• Work closely with a team of professionals, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to provide holistic support.
