Support Worker Role – Pool Cottage, Wilcrick, Newport, United Kingdom

About the Role

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. Whether you’re new to care or experienced in roles like Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or Care Assistant, your passion and values matter most to us.

At Pool Cottage, you’ll join a friendly home in the tranquil Welsh countryside. Our residents enjoy spending time outdoors—gardening, taking nature walks, or visiting local garden centres. Indoors, activities range from movie nights and popcorn evenings to shopping and bowling trips in nearby towns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help the people we support engage in meaningful activities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives with exciting experiences.

  • Work rotational shifts, 22.5 hours per week.
