Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Brackley and Surrounding villages. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping individuals maintain their independence through personalised care and support. As a Support Worker, you will join a friendly and supportive community where you will contribute to our mission of compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalised support to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Assist with daily activities such as personal care, medication management, and mobility.
- Foster positive relationships through mentoring and empathetic communication.
- Collaborate with team members to develop tailored care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Promote independence and well-being for all clients.

Qualifications
- Experience or interest in working with the elderly and clients with care and support needs
- Ability to support clients effectively.
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in health or social care are a plus but not essential.
- Reliable and adaptable with good organisational skills.
