About the Location
Royal Gardens is a brand-new, purpose-built Supported Living service set in the community of Wixams, just outside Houghton Conquest, 10 minutes from Bedford town. It features:
- 11 highly spacious, self-contained, single-occupancy apartments
- Bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms
- Second bedrooms convertible as flexible spaces (offices, activity areas, etc.)
- Open-plan kitchen, diner, and lounge
- Three ground-floor apartments with wet-rooms

Role Requirements
- A genuine commitment to empowering individuals in a supportive, compassionate, and person-centered environment.
- Experience in care (or willingness to learn) is a plus, but values, humility, and passion are equally (if not more) important.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a range of settings, from structured tasks to creative, person-focused support.
