About the Role
Setting: Residential care for adults with learning disabilities & complex needs, including behaviours that may challenge.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a vital support partner in helping individuals:
- Achieve personal goals and build self-confidence.
- Enhance independence in daily living.
- Deliver a person-centred approach, tailoring your support to each individual’s unique needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily activities (personal care, nutrition, social interaction) and behavioural or emotional support as required.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant, but newcomers to care with a genuine passion for helping others are also encouraged to apply.
