Support Worker – Permanent (Full-Time/Part-Time)

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a critical role in helping individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex neurological conditions achieve independence and a fulfilling life.

Located at Rectory Drive, March, this position offers a nurturing, person-centred environment where every contribution matters. Whether you’re seasoned in care or new to the field, we’re committed to your growth—and you’ll be supported every step of the way.


Key Responsibilities

  • Person-Centred Support: Assist individuals in achieving their personal goals, promoting choice, dignity, and respect in daily life.
  • Trusted Teamwork: Collaborate closely with a supportive team to create tailored care plans, tailor-made for each resident’s needs.
  • Community Engagement: Drive company vehicles to facilitate activities like driving, walking, bowling, swimming, cooking, and holidays (full UK driving licence required). Note: The home supports non-verbal autistic individuals with physical disabilities and complex neurological challenges.
  • Enhancing Quality of Life: Enable residents to thrive in engaging spaces designed for varying personalities, blending quiet and energetic environments.

Shift Patterns

  • Rotation: Alternate weekends
  • Hours: 14-hour shifts (8:00 am – 10:00 pm), Mon-Sun
  • Flexibility: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) or part-time options available
  • All contracts: Bank/sessional roles welcomed
