Support Worker – Ridgemoor

Full & Part-Time | £12.76 per Hour | Permanent

Shifts – 7:00am- 2:30pm(early), 2:00pm-9:30pm (late), 9:00pm-7:30am (night)

Enhanced rate for nights £17.01 an hour (11pm-6am)

Location: Ridgemoor Road, Leominster

The RoleWe’re looking for a kind and patient Support Worker to help individuals live life on their terms. You’ll assist with personal care, cooking, social activities, and health management, empowering residents with respect and encouragement.

What You’ll Do

Provide personalised care, respecting individual needs Help with daily tasks like cooking, hygiene, and medication Encourage involvement in hobbies, outings, and community life Support residents in making choices and managing money Work with the team to ensure a safe, supportive environment Maintain clear records and follow safeguarding procedures

Who You Are

Compassionate, patient, and respectful Experienced or willing to learn about supporting people with learning disabilities A good communicator and team player Reliable and committed to promoting independence Willing to learn and develop your skills

Requirements

Level 2/3 Health or Social Care qualification (or working towards it) Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and nights Enhanced DBS check Health and safety awareness (training provided)
