As a Support Worker or Care Assistant (Bank Staff – Day Shifts only), you’ll play a vital role in helping those we support live their best lives. Your responsibilities include:

- Assisting with daily tasks—using the training provided to help individuals with their day-to-day routines.

- Maintaining thorough documentation—keeping records up to date for those living in our homes.
- Collaborating proactively—working positively with colleagues, families, and external organisations to support the individuals in our care.
What You’ll Need
To excel in this role, we’re looking for:
- A basic understanding of care requirements (beneficial but not essential).
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people and a commitment to safeguarding responsibilities.
- Effective decision-making and judgement—adapting to individual needs with professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills—ensuring everything is planned, recorded, and executed efficiently.
- A firm commitment to Health & Safety standards.
