About Elm Tree House
Elm Tree House is a welcoming residential service in Rochdale supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live independent and fulfilling lives.
- Residential home supporting up to 6 individuals
- Additional self-contained apartments onsite
- Person-centred care that empowers individuals to make choices about their lives
- Friendly, community-based environment close to local amenities and activities

The Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping the people we support live the life they choose.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care
- Encouraging independence and building life skills
- Supporting hobbies, activities and community involvement
- Promoting choice, dignity and respect at every step
- Building meaningful relationships and making every day count
Shift Details
- Full-time contracts available
- Rotational day Shifts between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday
- Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support
About You
