Full & Part-Time | £12.76 per Hour | Permanent
Location: Southbank Close, Hereford
Shift pattern: 7am-2.30pm (early), 2pm-9.30pm (late), alternate weekends

About The Role
Are you passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives? Join our team at Southbank as a Support Worker, where you’ll provide personalised care and support to adults with learning disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives.
- You’ll work closely with our residents, delivering meaningful activities, providing personal care, and promoting choice and independence in a warm and welcoming environment.

Southbank is a specialist service providing residential care for adults with learning disabilities. Supporting seven amazing individuals across three linked bungalows, we create a safe and engaging home where everyone is empowered to live life their way.
