Overview
We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker to join the team at Limes Place based in Colne, BB8 9FB.
Limes Place offers flexible levels of support tailored to our residents, you will be supporting people aged 18 and over with assessed care needs. Please click here for further details about the service.
Salary: £13.12 per hour
Hours: 28 or 35 hours per week

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker in Supported Living you'll be supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live independently. You will support people with personal care, domestic tasks, medication assistance, daily living skills, social inclusion, paying bills, and dealing with correspondence. Your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same.
That's why we're looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces.
We're not too concerned about qualifications for this role; we're more interested in your values and how you build relationships. If you're the type of person who finds joy in the little moments of life and can ensure our tenants are living a full and happy life, then we want to hear from you!

Qualifications
It's important to note that experience within the Health and Social Care industry is essential for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
