Care Assistant – Thatcham Avenue, Mary Rush Care
Full-Time Position Available (1 Role)
£12.21 per hour
Mary Rush Care is currently seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join the team at our residential service on Thatcham Avenue. This is a full-time opportunity within a well-established, supportive setting that provides high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs.
This role offers the chance to be part of a professional team focused on creating a safe, structured, and positive environment where residents are supported to live with dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, high-quality care tailored to individual needs
- Support residents with daily routines and personal care
- Encourage independence and promote overall wellbeing
- Develop positive, respectful relationships with residents
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of care
What We’re Looking For
- A compassionate, reliable and professional approach
- Genuine interest in working within a care environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience is advantageous, though not essential as full training will be provided
