Support Worker – Supported Housing (Blackpool Location)
About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre Supported Housing team, based in Blackpool. You’ll provide essential support across our service locations, including:
- Lancs SP Wyre (FY2 0HJ)
- Chatsworth Avenue (FY2 9AN)
- Devonshire Court (FY3 7AS)
- St Pauls Road (FY1 2NY)
- George House (FY1 3JP)
Salary: £13.12 per hour Working Hours: 18 hours per week

As a Support Worker, your role will focus on enabling independence for adults living in our supported housing. Your support could include:
- Assisting with medication management
- Helping with domestic tasks
- Supporting community access and social engagement

We’ll provide on-the-job training and opportunities to earn professional qualifications (e.g. Level 2–6 in Health and Social Care) if you wish to progress further.
