Support Worker (Supported Housing) – Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre
About the Role
We’re seeking a Support Worker to join our Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre Supported Housing team, based in Blackpool. This role covers support across multiple locations:
- Lancs SP Wyre, FY2 0HJ
- Chatsworth Avenue, FY2 9AN
- Devonshire Court, FY3 7AS
- St Pauls Road, FY1 2NY
- George House, FY1 3JP
Salary: £13.12 per hour Hours: 18 per week

Responsibilities
Are you the type of person who gets their satisfaction from making a genuine, positive impact on others' lives? Our Supported Living team is hiring a Support Worker who can help adults lead more independent lives through a person-centred approach.
In this role, you’ll provide support across a wide range of tasks, including:
- Medication assistance
- Helping service users engage with the community
- Daily domestic tasks
- Leading by example with a friendly, positive attitude

- No prior experience or qualifications are mandatory. Our on-the-job training ensures you’re fully prepared, with opportunities to pursue professional qualifications in Health & Social Care should you wish.
