Support Worker
Support Worker – Nursing Home, Ipswich Area
An excellent job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to join an amazing nursing home in the Ipswich area, working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers. This nursing home specialises in general and dementia nursing, residential and respite care for the elderly and holds a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
About the Role
This Support Worker position will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care to elderly residents while fostering a positive, supportive environment.
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirement:
- Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.

- Being an essential part of the team, promoting well-being and providing high-quality care to residents.
- Assisting with daily tasks, including:
- Personal care assistance (e.g., hygiene support).
- Organising days out and providing companionship.
- Encouraging independence, supporting vulnerable individuals with daily routines and enriching activities.
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping at all times.
