The home is calm and nurturing, with residents actively contributing to decisions that shape daily life. Key Responsibilities
- Empower individuals to participate in meaningful activities, enriching their lives with calm yet fulfilling experiences
- Assist in community activities, social outings, and celebrating special occasions
- Support effective communication according to individual needs, fostering independence in expression
- Foster positiveness and motivation, encouraging residents to live actively and purposefully
- Work rotational shifts, 37.5 hours per week
