Support Worker – Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire
£12.85 per hour | Full-Time/Part-Time
Are you a kind, patient and caring individual looking to make a positive impact within your career? Creative Support are seeking a Support Worker to join our friendly team in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. You will support adults with learning disabilities in their daily lives within a dynamic and inclusive service.
Every day brings fresh experiences – our service users enjoy a varied social calendar alongside essential care needs.
About the Role
An opportunity to make a real difference by:
- Providing exceptional care and support to individuals facing learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, or non-verbal communication challenges
- Encouraging engagement in diverse social activities (both in-home and community-based)
- Building warm, trusting relationships with service users and their families, ensuring they thrive at every opportunity
- Administering and safely observing prescribed medication

Requirements
- No prior care experience required – full training provided
- Accessibility via UK public transport (nearby connections available)
- Ability to** work flexibly** (full-/part-time roles, weekends, and bank holidays accommodated)
