Salary £13.09 per hour (£25,525.50 per annum) plus benefits.

- Manual UK driving licence (essential)
- Must already be authorised to work in the United Kingdom (Visa Sponsorship is not available)

How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Support Worker in our supported living homes, you’ll help individuals achieve fuller, more independent lives through:
- Supporting daily routines (morning care to bedtime)
- Planning fun, person-centred activities that enhance wellbeing
- Contributing to tailored support plans
- Building therapeutic relationships
- Keeping accurate support notes (detail matters!)
- Using your public transport or own vehicle for trips

About the Home
We support six young women with disabilities (with a focus on autism) in Maidstone, Kent, offering:
- Shared or self-contained accommodation
- Specialist autism support for greater independence
