Your Role

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. Whether you’re new to the sector or have previous experience—such as a Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or Care Assistant—it’s your values that matter most.

At Moor Lane, you’ll support a small, versatile, and inclusive team based in a relaxed, rural environment. The home is designed to be calm and restful, empowering the people we support to make their own choices, enjoy their personal spaces, and gain independence. We offer:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help people engage in activities that enrich their lives and foster independence
  • Assist with community participation, social activities, and special occasions
  • Tailor support to each individual’s needs to ensure respectful, effective communication
  • Work in a flexible rotational shift schedule – 37.5 hours per week
