Role Requirements
Hourly Rate: £12.71 (paying **£**27,758.64/month for a 42-hour working week—pro-rated for part-time hours). Refer a Friend Bonus: £500 per referral (no limit).
Main Responsibilities
Support service users to live a full and active life in accordance with their individual support and care plans, with a focus on:
- Independence (in line with their wishes and assessed needs)
- Safeguarding (ensuring their wellbeing and protecting them from harm)
- Emotional support (maintaining a person-centred approach)
- Community engagement (social activities, managing finances, taking medication, home and personal care)
- Indirect support (families, social workers, external advocates)
- Accurate record-keeping (reporting health, wellbeing, and care-related issues)
- Health & Safety compliance (adhering to regulations and prioritising wellbeing for all)
Additional duties may include supporting with healthcare tasks as required.
