Waking Nights Support Worker – Poppy Court, Coventry
About the Role
We have an opportunity available for a Waking Nights Support Worker to join the team at Poppy Court (Cowley, Coventry, CV3 3DN).
- Salary: £13.12 per hour
- Hours: 18 hours per week

Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to adults with diverse needs, including:
- Those with learning disabilities (LD), dementia, or mental health conditions
- Those with physical health challenges
You will:
- Involve residents in all care decisions, fostering autonomy and dignity
- Develop and encourage new skills through variety of activities
- Work waking nights to ensure excellent care, safety, and wellbeing
Daily duties include:
- Administering medication
- Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, etc.)
- Conducting resident safety and security checks
- Performing domestic tasks
- Supporting to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and happy
