Job Description
Support Worker – Bedwardine Court, Worcester
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Shifts: 7am-2.30pm/ 2.30pm-10pm

About The Role
You’ll be supporting adults with:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Physical disabilities
- Acquired brain injuries

Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker
- Personal care and wellbeing
- Medication support
- Meal planning and preparation
- Household tasks
- Building confidence and independence
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
- Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team
Please note: You will be working on a rota basis — you will not be able to select your own shifts. Flexibility is required across a 7-day week.
