Position Details
- Hours: 38.5 hours per week (day and night shifts available)
- Type: Permanent
- Salary: £14 per hour (~£28,028 per annum) + discretionary yearly bonus up to £1,000

Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred support for daily living, including:
- Cooking and meal preparation
- Housekeeping and organisation
- Financial management (budgeting, billing)

Facilitate access to community services, leisure activities, and employment

Build trusting, positive relationships with individuals and their families

Assist in developing personalised life skills and goal achievement

Monitor and administer medication while maintaining accurate records

Advocate for individuals’ rights, upholding dignity, choice, and respect

Respond professionally to emergencies or challenging situations
