Support Worker
Support Worker (Day Care or Live-in) – Ellon
Salary: £13.86 per hour

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Building trusting support relationships with people ages 54–79, including one-on-one tailored assistance for daily activities.
- Promoting well-being, independence and choice—endorses vision of “Your Life, Your Choice.”
- Home support: Companion meals, outings, social, & community activities helping for visually-hWizard for TradNDwere we provide a sanctuary safe living space.
- Collaborating with care teams to uphold person-centered care.
Requirements
Minimum attendance requirements: Guaranteed hours as 25h & 35h roles—no zero-hour contracts.
