We are looking for calm, patient, and hardworking individuals with a friendly disposition and are keen to join our friendly care team. You will be expected to provide care at a high standard in order to help the residents and ensure that you are always there for them. Experience is preferred but not essential for this role, as the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioral support setting is the primary factor.

Responsibilities:
- Provide care at a high standard to help residents.
- Demonstrate unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioral support setting.
- Work within a positive behavior support framework.
- Accept responsibility, handle stress, and grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner.
- Follow agreed guidelines and work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.

Requirements:
- Calm, patient, and hardworking.
- Friendly disposition.
- Ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard.
- Flexibility to cover a mixture of days, nights, sleep-in shifts, and waking watches.
- Good availability to cover both during the week and weekends.
