Job Description: Full-Time Support Worker
About the Role
We are seeking Full-Time Support Workers to join our team. You will work alongside people who use our services, supporting in a range of activities, including:
- Developing independence in daily living
- Accessing work/education
- Engaging in leisure activities

Selection Process
Given the nature of the role, these positions are subject to an enhanced Access NI check for successful applicants. The cost of this check will be met by the organisation.
Interviews for this position will be conducted in person at our head office:

Essential Criteria
- Demonstrable experience of care/support provision (working, voluntary, or personal experience)
- Availability to work on a flexible rota, including job rotation among services, unsocial hours, and the weekends
- Eligibility or documented pathway to becoming NISCC registered (or confirm intent to register upon appointment)
Desirable Criteria
- A full UK driving licence currently held for at least one year.
