About The Role
As a Supportability Engineering Specialist, you will lead the creation, development, and maintenance of Managed Services with strategic agility. Aligning to AIA/ASD S-Series IPS specifications, Def Stan 00-600, and ITIL service operations, you’ll ensure operational excellence for technologies, locations, platforms, and solutions throughout the operational service lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Execution:
- Drive SA (Supportability Analysis) Programme delivery, including:
- Maintenance task analysis and software support provision
- PHS&T (Platform Health, Safety & the Environment) and disposal analysis
- Provider maintenance plans and day-to-day coordination
- Ensure timely SA task fulfillment and report maintenance
- Drive SA (Supportability Analysis) Programme delivery, including:

Stakeholder Liaison:
- Represent BT’s ILSM (Integrated Logistics Support Management) in formal and ad-hoc review meetings
- Collaborate with sub-contractors/suppliers to flow down ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) requirements
- Monitor ILS/SA product timelines and compliance
Requirements
Essential
- Deep knowledge of AIA/ASD S-Series IPS specifications and/or Def Stan 00-600/00-60 (MANDATORY).
- Significant experience in supportability analysis and ILS documentation for secure programmes.
- Compliance with BT [Security Policy, Assurance and Compliance].
Desirable
- Through-life cost and spares modelling.
- Expertise in Reliability/Ultimate/Mix asthma,Abandonamine/FMECA, spares provisioning.
- Experience with ILS tools (e.g., Logistic Information Repositories (LIRs), OPUS 10, PTC Windchill, AR&M solutions).
