Supported Housing Scheme Administrator
About the Role
You’ll be a key member of Codi’s supported housing team, reporting directly to the Supported Housing Partnerships Manager. In this role, you’ll work alongside colleagues across housing, compliance, and safeguarding teams, as well as with external partners such as managing agents, support providers, and local authorities.
Your work will focus on ensuring Codi’s supported housing schemes are well-managed, legally compliant, and consistently delivering high-quality experiences for residents. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing tasks like tenancy management, compliance monitoring, and identifying ways to improve services.
This role combines practical fieldwork with strategic engagement, such as:
- Visiting schemes to support on-site operations
- Reviewing compliance performance data
- Advising partners on tenancy and contract matters
- Driving continuous service improvements
Responsibilities
Your core duties will include:
- Tenancy Management – Supporting tenancies, managing neighbour complaints, and ensuring residence rights are upheld.
- Compliance Monitoring – Auditing schemes to align with regulatory standards and ensuring adherence to internal policies.
- Partner Engagement – Building strong working relationships with managing agents, support providers, and local authorities.
- Tenancy & Safeguarding Support – Assisting with tenancy enforcement, resolving anti-social behaviour cases, and safeguarding concerns.
- Decision-Making & Analysis – Using data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities while making clear, professional recommendations.
- Community Work – Regularly visiting schemes and representing Codi at partner meetings and forums.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
