Supported Living Manager (Complex Needs Service) Worthing | £43,000+ per annum | Full Time

Lead an Exceptional Bespoke Supported Living Service Are you an experienced care leader looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference every day?

At SDR Care, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Supported Living Manager to lead an established bespoke service supporting a young individual with autism, a learning disability, and complex health conditions, including epilepsy, to live independently in their own home.

About the Role As Supported Living Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of a highly personalised supported living service in Worthing.

You will lead and develop a dedicated team, ensuring support is delivered in a way that promotes independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

The individual we support is: Warm, affectionate, and enjoys building meaningful relationships Autistic and lives with a learning disability and mental health conditions Requires support with complex health needs, including epilepsy They love outdoor adventures, music, water play, and trampolining, and your support will ensure they continue to thrive in a safe, structured, and engaging environment.

Your role will be to ensure the service continues to provide consistent, trauma-informed, and person-centred support that enables them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

About You You will be an experienced and compassionate leader with: Previous management experience in supported living, residential care, or community services (complex needs) Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex health conditions, including epilepsy Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams Excellent communication and organisational skills A strong commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care

Working Pattern 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Participation in on-call rota Flexible working arrangements considered
