Supported Living Worker – Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day
Location: Forest Hall
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent, Full Time, Part Time
Shifts Available: Days | Sleep-In

At Pin Point Health and Social Care, we are looking for compassionate Support Workers to join our clients team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in their supported living service in Forest Hall.
Your Role
As a Supported Living Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals, helping them live as independently as possible while maintaining dignity and respect. You’ll play an important role in improving their quality of life by offering day-to-day support, emotional encouragement, and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and household duties.
- Promote a safe and nurturing environment.
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals.
- Respect the privacy, dignity, and individuality of each person.
- Communicate effectively with managers and wider care teams.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for Supported Living Workers who are:
- Compassionate, calm, and patient.
- Experienced working with adults with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities.
- Trustworthy, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communicators with a proactive attitude.
- Willing to travel within the local area.
