Supporter Journey Manager – Oxfam

Oxfam is a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty.

About the Role

Do you have direct marketing experience, ideally in the charity sector? Do you have a passion for delivering a great supporter experience? Do you like to test and optimise campaigns to deliver the best ROI?

If the answer is yes, then we would like to hear from you.

Your work will strengthen supporters’ long-term connection with Oxfam, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and motivated to deepen their engagement over time.

You will take ownership of income targets for each supporter group, using data, creativity, and collaboration to maximise opportunities for supporters to diversify their involvement — whether through giving, campaigning, volunteering, or other forms of action.

This role is central to shaping how supporters experience Oxfam’s mission, ensuring every interaction contributes to a meaningful, rewarding relationship that drives lasting impact.

  • An understanding of the principles and practices of supporter relationship development
  • Ability to build relationships across stakeholder groups, with a positive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to communicate Oxfam’s values
  • Project management skills, including planning, implementing and evaluating supporter communication activity across multiple channels
  • Experience in audience listening, research, and insights techniques
  • High levels of numeracy and budget management experience
  • Experience in agencymanagement
  • Ability to manage team performance, help people develop, grow, and achieve their potential, including promoting diversity and inclusion in teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
