Supporter Services Assistant

Please note in this role is currently office based with scope for hybrid working

Working hours: 35 hours per week, This role is primarily office-based, with hybrid working available (following successful completion of probation and subject to team and supporter needs) Interview Date: Week commencing 20th July 2026

This role would suit someone with experience in customer service, retail, administration or a contact centre environment who enjoys helping people and providing a positive experience. If you’re passionate about helping people and delivering great service, you’ll fit right in with our Supporter Services team!

Who are we?

We are The Salvation Army’s Supporter Services team, part of a high performing Fundraising Department. We’re the first people supporters reach when they get in touch, and we take pride in offering a service that feels warm, personal and genuinely caring. Each day we process donations and respond to enquiries, making sure supporters feel informed, valued and appreciated. When concerns arise, we respond with sensitivity and professionalism.

  • Processing donations with accuracy so supporters feel confident and appreciated.
  • Recording supporter details accurately to help keep their journey smooth.
  • Supporting appeals and campaigns where every interaction truly makes a difference
