Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum
Contract: Fixed term contract - August 2027 - Full-time
Location: London - Hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the office)

A leading health charity is looking for an experienced and proactive Supporter Services Team Leader to lead and develop its supporter engagement and contact operations.
You will ensure exceptional service delivery across all supporter channels, overseeing complaints resolution, compliance and GDPR-related requests, monitor operational performance through KPIs and SLAs, and drive initiatives that strengthen supporter engagement. This role offers the opportunity to develop a high-performing team while contributing directly to their fundraising success and wider mission.

To be successful as the Supporter Services Team Leader, you will need:
- Proven experience delivering high-quality customer or supporter care within a charity or commercial environment
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage performance, deliver against SLAs
- Excellent knowledge of supporter engagement, customer service operations and compliance requirements, including GDPR.
