Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include

  • Develop key stakeholder relationships internally and externally within the 42 managed Microsoft accounts.
  • Maintain market share in current accounts and grow market share in defined list of partners.
  • Attach Westcoast service offering to all Microsoft managed accounts.
  • Effectively manage the forecast.
  • Support Westcoast sales teams as a product overlay support which includes pricing programme knowledge.
  • Regular engagement with Vendor end user team & weekly forecast calls with Microsoft.
  • Actively work and promote vendor priorities.
  • Maintain and develop the go to market tools.
  • Be the product expert on the portfolio and be confident to train Westcoast sales to be self-sufficient where possible.
  • Attend any Vendor training or events where relevant.

Skills

To be successful in this role you will have some of the following skills and experience and the desire to develop in other areas:

  • Previous experience in sales.
  • Experience of working within IT channel.
  • Proactive Account Management & business development.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Experience of conducting client visits (desirable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong and disciplined attitude to work.
  • Computing knowledge would be beneficial.
  • Confident decision maker.
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and mail packages.
