JOB VACANCY: Surface Treatment Technician - Anodising
📍 LOCATION: Kidderminster
💰 PAY: £11.50 - £13.50 per hour, depending on experience + Pension
⏳ HOURS: 39 hours per week as standard, with overtime regularly available in the evenings and on weekends
🕒 WORKING HOURS:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30 (with a half-hour lunch break and 15 mins short break)
- Friday: 07:30 - 12:00
ABOUT THE JOB:
We are looking for a full-time Surface Treatment Operator to join our busy Anodising Department in Kidderminster. You will be responsible for preparing manufactured components for anodising.

- ✅ This is a physical role requiring dexterity, the loading and unloading of metal jigs, and the ability to follow precise technical instructions.
- ✅ You will work closely with various types of chemicals, which require careful management and observation.

ABOUT YOU:
- 🔹 Previous experience working with chemicals will be a major advantage
- 🔹 Forklift Operator Training certification is strongly preferred
- 🔹 Full driver’s licence required
- 🔹 Professionalism, punctuality, reliability, and good verbal communication skills are essential
- 🔹 No sponsorship required – applicants must have the right to work in the UK
