As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering in-theatre clinical training, product support and education to a wide range of stakeholders including colorectal and gynae surgeons, theatre nurses, procurement, and clinical teams.
- Ensure smooth implementation of their surgical technologies and develop product usage across key accounts.
- Play a crucial role in case support and relationship building, driving product adoption and customer confidence.
- This is a field-based role, requiring daily hospital visits and strong collaboration with the wider commercial team.
- Support the sales team with business development and lead generation

👊 Who You Are
- Clinical background (ideally minimally invasive surgery)
- Confident in theatre environments
- Strong communicator with commercial awareness
- Full UK driving licence
💰 The Package
- £35-45K basic
- £12K OTE
- £600 car allowance
- Lunch allowance + 25 days holiday
