ROLE: Site Surplus Stock Controller

HOURS: Part Time, 24 hours per week

LOCATION: Pladis Harlesden, Waxlow Road, Harlesden, NW10 7NY

SALARY: £19,500 PA

We're looking for a Site Surplus Stock Controller who will be responsible for the communication and execution of the Imperfect Product sales agenda and associated site waste streams, reporting to the central functional lead.

Role Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Ensure maximum return is achieved where possible on the sale of waste
  • Deliver the weekly and monthly Imperfect Product sales numbers vs forecast
  • Provide reports and analysis to support the UK Waste Specialist and Site Management teams in decision making
  • Maintain the Imperfect Product dashboard through tracking volume and delivering weekly waste stream progress reports

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis, advanced formula creation, pivot tables, and reporting
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Logical mindset with a proactive approach and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ideally educated to degree level
