About Prevail Partners

Prevail Partners is a specialist risk management, intelligence, security, and operational support company delivering discreet, professional and unrelenting excellence to clients operating in complex environments.

As our client portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking exceptional Close Protection Officers to join our expanding team. We are looking for individuals who take genuine pride in their appearance, conduct and professionalism, and who understand that providing security is about far more than physical protection. It is about building trust, demonstrating discretion and delivering a first-class service at all times.

Our teams are trusted to protect people, property, and reputations. Success in this role requires professionalism, discretion, strong judgement, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards.

The Role

We are seeking experienced Surveillance Officers to support an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client as part of a specialist protective security programme.

This is not a traditional Close Protection role. We are looking for highly capable surveillance professionals who can discreetly identify, monitor and assess potential threats whilst operating as part of a wider protective security team.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Planning and conducting covert surveillance operations
  • Gathering intelligence to support informed operational decision-making
  • Identifying hostile reconnaissance or suspicious behaviour before it presents a threat

The role may require travel throughout the UK and occasional overseas deployments, including overnight stays depending on operational requirements.

This position offers flexibility regarding where candidates are based within the UK; however, successful applicants must be able to travel at short notice whenever operational requirements dictate. Due to the responsive nature of the role, applicants should not have competing full-time employment or other commitments that would impact their ability to deploy when required. A high level of flexibility, professionalism and operational readiness is essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
