Account Manager

£40,000–£55,000, plus Bonus + Car Allowance
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager -South East region
Start Date: ASAP
We are recruiting for an Account Manager to cover the South London / South East region.
This is an opportunity to join a global leader in measurement and surveying technologies, delivering digital reality solutions across construction, infrastructure, aerospace & defence, safety and security markets.

- Named Tier 1 & Tier 2 strategic accounts
- All new business and competitive accounts within region
- Revenue across rental, sales, service and support
The focus is consultative, solution-led selling — expanding share of wallet, developing long-term customer relationships and driving profitable regional growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: £40,000–£55,000 DoE
- Bonus Scheme (0–15–30) - Paid Quarterly
- From 15% up to 30% of base salary
- Uncapped accelerators
- Weighted towards individual performance
- Car Allowance (Band 1):
- £710 per month (~£8,520 p.a.)
- Business mileage reimbursed
- Electric fleet option available

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience within UK construction and/or surveying markets
- Background in GeoSolutions, specialist equipment rental, engineering technology or infrastructure supply chain
- Strong account management and solution-selling capability
- Commercially disciplined with CRM forecasting experience
- Full UK driving licence
This is a high-autonomy regional role suited to commercially driven professionals who understand technical solution selling in complex, asset-heavy environments.
