Surveyor
Surveyor – Utilities & Infrastructure

Location-based Role
Dalcour Maclaren is recruiting an ambitious Surveyor to work at our [LOCATION] office. This role will allow you to lead utility and infrastructure projects across the country while delivering excellence in land and property services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities

Advise and support clients with land and property matters, ensuring seamless delivery of their projects.

Maintain high standards across all tasks and schemes, ensuring client objectives are met with:
- Initiative
- Proactive approach
- Ownership
- Quality-focused execution

Build and strengthen relationships with:
- Client personnel
- Internal stakeholders
- External parties (contractors, consultants, landowners, occupiers) Conduct professional conversations, manage expectations, and implement feedback to enhance service delivery.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must:
- Hold MRICS (Member) or AssocRICS (Associate) qualifications.
- Have a full UK driving licence.
- Demonstrate experience in leading teams or projects.
- Be a natural problem solver, driven by results.
- Have a strong team-orientated attitude with a "can-do" spirit.
