An exciting opportunity has arisen for this vacancy within the Property Service Planned and Adaptations team. You will be required to provide a specification and scope of work for capital planned works and planned works maintenance. Budget monitoring and adhering to planned programmes are essential to successful delivery of planned programmes. Experience of planned programme delivery is desirable including knowledge of, CDM 2015, Building Regulations and Decent Homes Standard.

- Requirements:
- Successfully manage projects and work with contractors.
- Work with colleagues across the Housing Service.
- Ensure properties meet the Decent Homes Standard.
- Programme delivery within agreed timescales and budget provisions.
- Build strong and meaningful relationships with colleagues and contractors.
- Tact, diplomacy, ability to negotiate, and achieve defined performance targets.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Assist in the management of complex customer complaint resolutions and manage their expectations.
