Job Description Summary
We currently have a great opportunity for a newly (soon to be) qualified Surveyor to join our successful Healthcare Valuation and Advisory team. The position will be based within the Bristol office but with very much a national remit.
This exciting opportunity requires the individual to service existing regional and national mandates.
Job Description
Role Purpose:
You will primarily be involved in fund and loan security valuations working with top tier clients including funds, banks and operators. You will also work closely with other valuation colleagues in the wider team based across the London and Glasgow offices.
Core Responsibilities Include
- Undertake existing valuation mandates and assisting to build contacts to attract new business
- Work on a mix of loan security and acquisition valuations in addition to regular mandates
- Prepare valuations / strategic advice to a wide variety of clients
- Be able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions, initially under some supervision
- To start to develop a profile in the marketplace through building client relationships
- To prepare valuation reports, in various formats
- Inspection of assets across the UK.

Person Specification / Requirements
We are looking for someone who is a RICS Registered Valuer. Ideally you will already have knowledge of the Healthcare market, however this is not essential as support and training will be provided. One of the most important aspects that we are looking for, is someone who will fit with the friendly, sociable, dedicated and hardworking team dynamic.
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of Argus Enterprise, not essential - training will be given
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, in fast paced dynamic environment.
