Salary

£44,881 - £56,101 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience) plus a Car Allowance of £2,411 per annum

Hours

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

You will be working across Sussex including Crawley, Horsham and Brighton


We’re currently looking for a Surveyor to join our team!

In this role, you will deliver surveying, maintenance and planned works across our customers’ homes. This includes property maintenance, major works, responsive repairs, planned works, refurbishment, fire management, servicing, voids, cyclical redecorations, estate improvements, environmental, energy, new build and regeneration. You’ll provide technical support to internal departments at Moat, and our customers, diagnosing defects and conducting property surveys.

We’re looking for someone who has a good understanding of building pathology, construction techniques and an ability to inspect all aspects of major works, responsive repairs, planned improvements and cyclical contracts. You’ll have experience of liaising with customers from small scale, to large scale complex projects. In addition, you’ll have experience of dealing with contractors. It’s also essential that you have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
