North Warwickshire Borough Council is passionate about creating thriving communities and making the very best use of our land and property assets. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Surveyor to play a key role in managing, reviewing and improving our diverse assets.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Regeneration and Communities Division, where you will influence investment decisions, support regeneration projects and ensure our buildings and public assets remain safe, compliant and fit for the future.

The role holder will undertake property inspections and condition surveys, identify maintenance priorities, oversee planned preventative maintenance programmes and provide professional surveying advice to support strategic decision-making.
