Location: Central London
Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) plus benefits package and bonus.

Role description:
This is a full-time office based role. As a Surveyor in Business Rates, you will be involved in Rating assessments, preparing valuation reports, negotiating appeals, and advising clients on Business Rates liabilities and mitigation options. Additional responsibilities will include supporting business development initiatives / entertaining new potential clients, and building working relationships with current and future clients.

Required experience & qualifications:
- Experience in Business Rates from a surveying perspective
- Familiar in the use of Rating valuation / CRM software and standard Office applications
- Good analytical and research skills for evaluating Business Rates and associated property data
- Accurate written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- IRRV qualified and / or a member of the Rating Surveyors' Association (desirable)
- Solid communicator and enthusiastic about meeting new and potential clients in a social environment
