Surveyor – Exciting Opportunity with Dalcour Maclaren
At Dalcour Maclaren, we're key players in the Utilities and Infrastructure industry, bringing the UK and Ireland closer to Net Zero every day. Our land, environmental, and geospatial experts collaborate to unlock essential consents for our clients, enabling crucial utility and infrastructure projects. We offer services including land access and assembly, agricultural liaison, planning, environmental impact assessments, and geospatial mapping.

About the Role
As a Surveyor at Dalcour Maclaren, you will:
- Deliver land and property advice and services to and on behalf of clients
- Execute a range of tasks and schemes to the highest standards, ensuring client deadlines and objectives are met through initiative and proactivity
- Cultivate strong relationships with client personnel, internal/external stakeholders, contractors, land owners, and occupiers to discuss expectations, provide feedback, and continually improve service quality
- Support the growth of junior team members, with opportunities to develop line management skills, coach direct reports, conduct progress reviews, and delegate tasks effectively
- Share expertise to mentor colleagues across the organisation while continuously updating your skills through specialist continuing professional development (CPD)
- Participate in company initiatives, events, and social activities, embodying and promoting our company values to foster a positive work environment

Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold MRICS or AssocRICS qualification
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have team management or project leadership experience, with strong problem-solving skills
- Be a collaborative team player with a can-do attitude and passion for impactful results
- Excel in driving outcomes through teamwork while maintaining high performance standards
