About the Role
Our Assets team seeks a proactive team member who embodies our company culture and behaviours. You will:
- Undertake survey work as directed by your Project Manager, Service Lead, or Lead Consultant
- Assist in project progress meetings and keep stakeholders informed of progress
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across other divisions to meet team targets and ensure a seamless client experience
- Deliver a professional and exceptional service to clients
Key Responsibilities
Client & Business Growth
- Work collaboratively with all contacts, driving new business activity across services—with a focus on Assets
- Ensure Assets services are applied in all new opportunities
- Attend and contribute to Asset Division CPD Meetings
- Support colleagues to maximise productivity and service delivery

Project Execution
- Carry out Condition/6 Facet surveys and site survey work nationally
- Completing survey tasks efficiently and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables via proficient IT systems
- Adhere to Bellrock Quality Management processes and industry practices
What Does It Take?
Experience & Skills
- Up to 3 years direct experience in Building Surveying
- Strong knowledge of Building fabric or M&E infrastructure for condition appraisal
- Ability to constructively challenge traditional assumptions and think creatively
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and commitment to career development
- High assertiveness, direction, and self-reliance
- Ability to interpret business needs and take decisive action
Technical & Compliance Knowledge
- Proficiency in Condition/6 Facet assessments and site survey methodologies
- Ability to deliver services in line with legislation and industry best practice
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Working Arrangements
- The role requires mobile work, travelling to multiple sites
- Standard working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with an hour at lunchtime)
- Flexible workload while ensuring 8 relaxed working days for site visits
